I use tube amplification. Mike Sanders of Quicksilver audio was kind enough to send me a Feb 1998 Audio magazine with a review of my amps, the Quicksilver V4 monoblock tube amps. I re-edited the review for format, and added a better pic: here it is:
Richard Vandersteen used the Quicksilver linestage preamp and V4 amps at CES 1998 to introduce his $10,000 flagship speakers the model 5. The sound got rave reviews!

I use VMPS loudspeakers, the RM40 ribbon monitors. They won "BEST SOUND OF SHOW" UNANIMOUSLY at CES 2002 !!!
